Turner Lake Park Information
Turn-n-Paddle is renting kayaks and SUP at Turner Lake Park 7 days a week 11-8pm (Dependent on weather conditions) through the end of September. Rentals are $20/hr for Paddle boards and $10/hr for Kayaks. For more information contact 503-983-1126.
The boat ramp is now open and electric motors are allowed, with the entire lake a no wake, 5 mph speed limit, 14 Foot length limit.
Fishing is allowed from boats or the bank. You must have a current valid fishing license to fish. You may keep any fish caught.
Park is open dawn to dusk every day unless the gate is closed.
Shelter is used on a first-come, first-used basis; no reservations needed.
2024 Season Paid Parking: May 25th through September 3rd
- Parking fees will be collected Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day (May 25th-September 3rd). Parking fee is $10.
- City of Turner residents will receive ONE free season parking pass per address.
- Parking fees will be collected 9am-8 pm seven days a week.
Permission by the City of Turner is required for any business to operate or hold a class at the lake. This includes, but is not limited to, food sales, SCUBA lessons, rental of any equipment even if reserved online, swimming lessons, swim team practices and boating lessons. Please

PERMIT REQUIRED FOR WATERCRAFT 10' LONG or LONGER!
If you're paddling a boat 10-feet or longer on Oregon's rivers or lakes, you'll need to get a new permit by Aug. 1, 2024, or risk a $115 fine.
Legislation passed in 2019 and signed by Gov. Kate Brown requires adults to purchase a Waterway Access Permit to float the state's streams and lakes to help pay for facilities such as boat ramps, docks and bathrooms.
TURNER LAKE IS A NATURAL FACILITY
Please be aware that Turner Lake is NOT monitored by a lifeguard. The lake is NOT regularly tested for water quality.
